The story behind our City Destination Theme:
Our spa is Urban Spa Escape, which truly has become the foundation for our interior spa space.
We wanted to create a city quality spa that are not often found in a small town area to accommodate both small and large bookings. The word "Urban" means city center, we have created all of our 11 rooms to represent cities from around the world!
Our commonality throughout our spa is the calming and neutral color palette of whites and greys. Each destination room then has a very unique feature wall and accent color that is reflective of that city and takes you on a journey there.

COVID Protocols
During this time we must follow the mandatory guidelines of the Public Health Unit for our area to keep everyone safe.
Therefore all guests visiting Urban Spa MUST receive an emailed copy of our spa COVID protocol before arriving.
When arriving for your appointment we request that our clients follow the protocols below:
- Only clients with an appointment enter Urban Spa Escape
- Do not arrive more than 2 minutes early
- Wash your hands upon entering,
- We are cash or EFT only spa. If you choose to use debit or credit, we charge an administration fee
