COVID Protocols

At Urban Spa Escape we take cleaning and sanitation very seriously, even before COVID our cleaning protocols have been in place since we opened our doors.

Although COVID hasn't changed the steps we take between clients due to our high standards pre-COVID. We have implemented extra precautions to keep everyone safe.

All guests visiting Urban Spa MUST receive an emailed copy of our spa policies & procedures.

When arriving for your appointment we request that our clients follow the protocols below:

- Do not arrive more than 2 minutes early
- Wearing a mask is optional 
- Wash your hands upon entering
